Cattle Ranchers Have No Beef With Trump!

“Beef its what’s for dinner”

We’ve all heard that slogan. It’s the beef industries main marketing message and President Trump apparently was listening he’s the former owner of Trump Steaks after all.

As we all know President Trump has eliminated or stopped from coming into effect over 1500 regulations.  One of the biggest areas of progress has been reining in the rogue environmental protection agency. An agency filled with left wing hippies bent on crushing any human development  and killing the American agriculture industry.

In this case John Duarte, the farm owner, was lucky. He had the pacific legal foundation take his case and fight the federal behemoth that is the EPA.  But many people are not so lucky. A quick search on google will reveal hundreds of stories of how the EPA bullied private home owners and farmers off of their own land.  It is estimated that regulations cost agriculture 1.82 billion dollars in just the state of California.

There’s a new sheriff in town

There’s a new sheriff in town and his name is Donald Trump. His main deputy Scott Pruitt has promised to tame the EPA beast to enforce regulations in a sensible way.

China just agreed that the U.S. will be allowed to sell beef, and other major products, into China once again. This is REAL news!

Trump had a rocky start with the beef industry by cancelling the TPP but he redeemed himself  in a big way by negotiating a deal with China to accept US Beef.  The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association  said in response to the deal:

“It’s impossible to overstate how beneficial this will be for America’s cattle producers, and the Trump Administration deserves a lot of credit for getting this achieved,”

This is a new 2.5 billion dollar market for US cattle ranchers. We must fight to protect our family farmers and ranchers. They help to feed America.

Trump Steaks anyone?

This of course should be of no surprise to anyone. The President has stated that “Steaks are [his] favorite food”.  He himself was a purveyor of American beef with his Trump Steaks brand. The Trump Steaks were supplied by Buckhead Beef, the same America-based company that supplied steaks to many of his hotel-casino properties.

{President Trump was featured on the June 2007 issue of the Sharper Image magazine to promote Trump Steaks. On June 5, 2007, Trump Steaks debuted on the QVC home shopping television channel, with Trump making an appearance on the network.

The steaks received positive reviews by both the Associated Press (AP) , The Oaklahoman , and the Palm Beach Post which stated :

“Trump isn’t kidding. Our panelists could barely believe how flavorful and tender the 16-ounce bone-in rib-eye was.”

Unfortunately, the steaks were discontinued due to poor sales. At $999 for its highest package that was a little too rich for most people’s blood.

However, the CEO of Sharper Image Jerry W. Levin (the distributor of the steaks) was still grateful to the President saying that  the President’s image attracted customers to the store who in turn purchased other things.

The United States of America is the world’s largest beef producer. Our ranchers produce nearly 20% of the world’s beef and the American beef industry employs over 6.2 million Americans and pays over $200 billion in wages.  The European Union comes in at a distant third at 12.79%.
